I’m building a subscription-based snooker and gaming SaaS that clubs and gaming cafés can brand as their own. The service must run seamlessly on the web, native mobile apps, and a lightweight desktop client, all drawing from one cloud back-end so every tenant gets updates simultaneously.
Core feature set
• Real-time snooker gameplay engine with scoring, foul detection, and live spectatorship
• End-to-end tournament management: bracket creation, automated match scheduling, leaderboards, and prize calculations
• Player community space with profiles, chat, and stats sharing
• Precision table-time tracking that starts and stops the meter automatically and feeds straight into Razorpay for instant billing
• Role-based dashboards: an Admin console for full configuration, analytics, and subscription controls, plus a pared-down Staff view for day-to-day floor operations
Technical notes
• Multi-tenant architecture so each business has isolated data and its own sub-domain
• Razorpay fully integrated for subscriptions, one-off payments, and refunds
• RESTful (or GraphQL) API for third-party extensions
• Scalable hosting—AWS, GCP, or Azure—using containerised microservices
• Clean, reactive front ends: React (web/desktop via Electron) and Flutter or React Native for iOS/Android
Deliverables
