Monthly SaaS Product QA Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to evaluate our SaaS product prior to each new release (approximately once per month). You will work within our dedicated beta environment—using both standard user and administrator accounts—to thoroughly test all features included in each release cycle.

Responsibilities

Execute a structured set of tests for each monthly release based on a provided checklist of features and updates.

Validate core functionality across both user and administrator experiences.

Identify, document, and clearly communicate any usability issues, UI/UX inconsistencies, or functional defects.

Provide a concise, organized report summarizing all issues found, with steps to reproduce when applicable.

Collaborate with the product team to clarify findings and retest fixes as needed.

Requirements

Experience testing SaaS products, websites, or web applications.

Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand expected user workflows.

Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills.

Familiarity with common bug-tracking or reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp) is a plus.

Deliverables

A release-by-release QA report that documents test results, including:

Issues affecting usability or user experience

Functional defects or unexpected behavior

Notable inconsistencies between the intended release notes and the actual behavior in the beta environment

Time Commitment

Approximately one test cycle per month (timing coordinated around release schedule).

Occasional follow-up testing after fixes.
