Modern SaaS Platform Development

I’m ready to take an idea that’s been sketched out on paper and turn it into a production-ready SaaS website built with today’s best practices. The core of the platform must revolve around three pillars:
• Robust user management with clearly separated Admin, Editor and Viewer roles, each with appropriate permission levels that can be extended later.
• A real-time analytics dashboard that surfaces user-engagement insights and key system-performance metrics at a glance.
• Automated workflows that remove manual steps from routine tasks, triggering emails, database updates or third-party API calls whenever predefined events occur.
I’m open on the exact stack, but I’m expecting a modern, maintainable approach—think TypeScript, React or Vue on the front end, and a scalable back end (Node, Django, or another framework you can justify) containerised for smooth CI/CD. Clean REST or GraphQL endpoints, cloud-ready deployment scripts and secure OAuth-based authentication should be part of the package.
Deliverables
1. Full source code in a private repo with clear commit history
2. Deployment guide (Docker/Kubernetes or equivalent) plus staging URL for review
3. Admin, Editor and Viewer UI flows functioning end-to-end
4. Dashboard widgets for user engagement and system performance, backed by a documented metrics pipeline
5. Automated workflow examples (at least two) showing event → trigger → action logic
6. Concise technical documentation for future maintenance
