Low-Code/No-Code Developer for a SaaS Payment Reconciliation and Audit Platform

We are a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) startup that will offer a global platform for payment reconciliation, fee auditing, and management of multiple gateways.

Our initial focus is the European market (Amsterdam, Malta), but we are building a scalable solution for the global market.

Objective

To create the MVP (version 1.0) of the platform, with the possibility of evolving to advanced functionalities.

Essential functionalities

1. Integration with 2-3 payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, MBWay, or Crypto).

2. Unified dashboard for the client to view: transactions, fees charged, audited volume.

3. Automatic reconciliation according to defined rules (volume, charges, fees).

4. Monthly transaction reports + inconsistency alerts.

5. Self-service onboarding for clients to connect their gateways/de-accounts.

6. Backend and database prepared for scaling (low-code/no-code).

7. Delivery of technical documentation + user manual.

Freelancer Requirements

• Solid experience in low-code or no-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Retool, Softr, or similar).

• Ability to integrate payment APIs.

• Previous experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is a strong plus.

• Ability to deliver a functional MVP in 6 to 10 weeks.

• Good communication skills in Portuguese and/or English.

• Available for initial support after delivery (minor adjustments).
