LATAM Solutions Engineer for US Startups

We are looking for a freelance Technical Partner / Solutions Engineer based in LATAM to become the primary technical face of our team. In this role, you will regularly attend technical interviews, alignment calls, and scoping sessions directly with CEOs, CTOs, and Engineering Leaders at fast-growing US SaaS startups.
Location & Availability
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)
Time Zone: Must be fully aligned with US Business Hours (EST/CST/PST)
Project Type: Freelance / Ongoing Contractor
Key Responsibilities
Executive Technical Consultation: Lead technical discovery meetings and interviews with client CEOs and CTOs to scope modern software projects.
SaaS Stack Alignment: Quickly assess client tech stacks, system architectures, and product needs, mapping them efficiently to our team's delivery capabilities.
High-Level Communication: Answer complex technical, system design, and software lifecycle questions smoothly on the fly.
What We Are Looking For
Flawless English Communication: Your verbal and written English must be exceptional and bilingually fluent. You should feel entirely confident commanding a room of executive stakeholders.
SaaS & Startup Fluency: Strong familiarity with modern web stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS/GCP, APIs) and an understanding of how fast-paced startups scale.
Technical Breadth: A background as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Solutions Architect. You don't need to code daily, but you must speak "CTO" fluidly.
