Vision: Build a cloud-native SaaS platform that transforms raw production data into actionable
insights for manufacturers. The IOT device WiFi I/O Module MQTT captures shop-floor events and
streams them into AWS IoT Core. Data is processed and stored in the cloud, where AWS
Managed Grafana (AMG) powers real-time dashboards for OEE, KPI tracking, and decision
(IoT ingestion → AWS IoT Core → Lambda → Timestream → reusable AMG dashboards/alerts)
support.
OEE Model Implementation
• Availability = Operating Time / Planned Production Time
• Performance = Ideal Run Rate / Actual Run Rate
• Quality = Good Output / Total Output
• OEE = Availability × Performance × Quality
Dashboards (AMG Templates for SaaS)
Reusable dashboard templates per client/plant/line, with configurable panels, client branding, and
multi-tenant isolation.
Alerting & Actions: OEE thresholds, downtime notifications via Email/Slack/Teams, anomaly
detection across plants.
Security & Governance: Multi-tenant architecture with client-specific namespaces, RBAC,
encryption, and audit logs.
