Investor / Buyer Introduction Specialist Needed – Success Fee Only

## Overview
We are seeking an experienced business broker, M&A professional, investor relations specialist, or corporate finance consultant to help identify investors or potential acquirers for an established PropTech SaaS platform.
Our company, Propli AI MLS, is a real estate technology platform operating in Spain and Portugal. Developed over the last two years with an investment exceeding €500,000, the platform combines AI technology, MLS functionality, CRM tools, property matching, and developer marketing solutions.
## What We Need
We are looking for someone with existing investor, private equity, venture capital, PropTech, SaaS, or strategic buyer contacts who can introduce qualified parties interested in:
* Strategic investment
* Majority investment
* Joint venture opportunities
* Partial acquisition
* Full acquisition
## Compensation
**This is a success-fee-only opportunity.**
No upfront payments, retainers, milestones, or monthly fees are available.
The successful freelancer will receive:
**10% of any investment secured or acquisition value completed through introductions they make.**
Examples:
* €100,000 investment = €10,000 success fee
* €500,000 investment = €50,000 success fee
* €1,000,000 acquisition = €100,000 success fee
Success fees will be paid upon completion of the transaction and receipt of funds.
