2. Cross-Browser Compatibility
Ensure the application behaves consistently across all supported browsers and browser versions.
3. Mobile Responsiveness
Confirm the application is fully usable and visually consistent across different mobile phones and tablets.
4. Authentication
Validate all sign-up, sign-in, password recovery, session management, and access control flows.
5. Invitation & Core Workflow
Verify invitations, role-based permissions, real-time collaboration, comments, and core workflows function correctly.
6. AI Workflows
Test all AI-powered features for correctness, reliability, error handling, and a smooth user experience.
7. Payments
Validate subscription purchase, upgrades, cancellations, webhook processing, entitlement changes, and payment error scenarios.
8. Security Sanity Checks (Non-Penetration)
Check for common security issues such as authorization bypass, insecure access, exposed data, session handling, and basic OWASP risks without performing a penetration test.
