Healthcare SaaS Platform Engineer

I’m building a production-grade healthcare SaaS and need a senior full-stack partner who can take the product from wireframe to deployable platform. The core of the application will revolve around three pillars: patient management, appointment scheduling, and billing & invoicing.
Within patient management the system must elegantly handle medical-history tracking, prescription management, and seamless lab-result integration so that doctors, patients, and administrative staff can all access the right information at the right moment.
Security, audit trails, and a responsive UI are non-negotiable because each user group—doctors, patients, and the admin back office—will work inside its own role-based portal. I expect clean, maintainable code, an API-first mindset, and an architecture that can pass HIPAA compliance checks without drama.
Deliverables
• Patient-management module with history, prescriptions, and lab results fully integrated
• End-to-end appointment-scheduling workflow (availability, booking, reminders)
• Billing & invoicing engine ready for third-party payment gateways
• Separate portals for doctors, patients, and admin staff with single sign-on and RBAC
• Automated test suite, deployment scripts, and concise technical documentation
