AI Gym Management SaaS Development

I’m building GymFlow AI, a multi-tenant SaaS that will let gyms and fitness studios run their entire business from one cloud dashboard. The core build must cover:

• Member management – sign-up flows, profile pages, attendance tracking and simple role-based access for staff and trainers.
• Revenue tracking – recurring and one-off payments, invoices, payouts and high-level analytics so owners instantly see cash-flow trends.
• Personalized fitness & diet plans – an AI engine that generates workout routines and matching nutritional guidance for each member based on goals, history and equipment availability.
• Automated reminders – push, email or SMS nudges for upcoming sessions, membership renewals and plan updates.

Because this is a multi-tenant platform, each gym needs its own isolated data set while sharing the same codebase, and everything has to scale as new locations come aboard.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready web app (front-end, back-end, database and basic DevOps pipeline).
2. Admin dashboard plus separate gym-level dashboards.
3. API endpoints that external apps can call for member, revenue and plan data.
4. AI module that returns a full workout and diet plan on demand.
5. Documentation and a short video walkthrough so a junior developer can continue feature work.

Acceptance criteria: feature parity with the bullets above, cross-browser compatibility, unit/integration tests covering critical flows and a deployed demo tenant I can log into.
