AutoVel Extract is an AI SaaS that turns a URL, PDF, or scanned image into clean structured data ready for JSON, CSV, or Excel (also Shopify / WooCommerce-oriented exports).
Goal: remove manual copy-paste for listings, catalogs, and product pages.

Current stage: public MVP / early production. Product is live (demo, plans, billing, API). We are not a scale-up yet — we need help winning the first paying customers.
Pricing today: Starter / Pro / Business (RON monthly plans). Primary beachhead: Romania + EU, with international expansion after early traction.
Ideal customer profiles (priority order)
Car dealers / auto importers — listings from multiple sites → one clean Excel/JSON
Online stores / catalog teams — product pages & PDF catalogs → CSV for import
Agencies — deliver clean structured data to clients without fragile scrapers
Later: developers (API) and research/ops teams (batch URL workflows)
What you’ll do
Define ICP, messaging, and a 0→1 acquisition plan
Run and optimize paid channels (start with the ones you justify — e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, niche communities)
SEO + content that ranks for real buyer intent (not vanity traffic)
Improve landing page conversion (trial → paid)
Build simple lead nurture / email sequences
Report weekly on leads, trials, conversions, CAC, and what to kill/scale
Propose experiments continuously — we want operators, not slide decks
What we need from you
Proven SaaS / B2B marketing experience (ideally early-stage or 0→1)
Comfortable owning channels end-to-end
Strong English (Romanian is a plus, not required)
Data-driven: you care about paying customers, not only clicks
