Generate G2 SaaS Reviews

Job ID: 40554896

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Our SaaS product has a live listing on G2, but we have yet to secure our first customer review and, up to now, we have not run any email drips, in-app prompts, or social outreach to change that. I’m looking for someone who has already moved the needle for other software vendors on G2 (and similar marketplaces such as Capterra or Product Hunt) and can do the same for us—starting from zero feedback.

Your first priority will be to turn our quiet profile into a trusted, high-visibility asset on G2. That means shaping the narrative, polishing screenshots and feature copy, selecting the right categories, and—most importantly—building and executing a practical plan that convinces real users to post authentic reviews. We currently have no written or video testimonials to leverage, so the strategy must cover sourcing, guiding, and motivating customers to share their experience.

I’m open to whichever mix of tactics you know works best—targeted email drips, in-app nudges, social proof campaigns, integration with customer-success tools like Intercom or HubSpot, or creative alternatives—as long as it results in a steady flow of genuine, high-quality reviews.

Deliverables
• Fully optimised G2 profile (copy, imagery, categories, tags)
• Review-generation campaign blueprint with copy and timing for each touchpoint
• Launch and management of the first review sprint (30–60 days)
• Weekly progress report covering outreach metrics, live review count, and next steps

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum of ten new, authentic reviews published and verified on G2 within the agreed timeline
• Profile displays an average rating of 4.0+ and appears in at least one relevant G2 grid or category page
• All outreach complies with G2 community guidelines and any anti-spam requirements

If you have a proven track record of driving reviews for SaaS brands and can supply references or before-and-after results, let’s talk.
