Full-Scale Music Distribution Platform
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need an end-to-end platform that lets three distinct user groups—Artists, Record Labels, and Distributors—handle every step of digital music delivery. From a single dashboard users must be able to upload or ingest audio, enter metadata, and instantly push releases to every major DSP (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, plus the rest supported through common delivery hubs).
Core objectives
• Role-based access: separate, secure workspaces for artists, labels, and distributors with configurable permissions.
• Music ingestion & asset management: high-volume file uploads, automatic transcoding, ISRC handling, and release scheduling.
• DSP delivery automation: real-time or batch feeds to all connected stores, with status tracking and error-handling.
• Royalty engine: import reporting files, calculate splits, and present clear statements that users can export or download.
• Performance analytics: stream counts, playlist adds, revenue trends, and territory data displayed through interactive charts.
• Admin tools: catalogue overview, user management, audit logs, and support ticket routing.
I’m happy to discuss preferred tech stacks, hosting, or third-party APIs you think will accelerate delivery, but the final product must be scalable, secure, and simple for non-technical users to navigate. If you have built SaaS products for the music industry—or anything involving complex royalty logic—please share a brief outline of your approach and a relevant live demo or code sample.
