Finance Broker SaaS Platform

I’m building a fully hosted SaaS solution that streamlines the day-to-day workflow of independent finance brokers. The platform will be available both as a responsive web app and a companion mobile app, sharing one code-base and database.

Core modules
• Secure Account System – users sign up with Email and password, then verify every session through Two-factor authentication.
• Multi-tenant Admin – I need a super-admin dashboard plus individual broker dashboards, each able to manage up to 50 active CRM profiles.
• Lead Import – the system must pull new enquiries in real time from an external lead API (documentation supplied).
• Lender Integration – rates, product data and status updates are fetched and pushed via a second lender API.
• Payment Layer – subscription billing processed through Credit/Debit cards and Bank transfers; the logic must support one-off setup fees and recurring monthly plans.
• Activity Timeline & Notes – every client interaction stored for compliance.
• Basic Reporting – volume of leads, conversion ratios and revenue per broker.

Tech expectations
Modern, scalable stack (for example React / Flutter + Node or similar) deployed to a cloud environment with CI/CD, containerisation preferred for portability. Code must be clean, documented and handed over via a private Git repository.

Deliverables
1. UX/UI prototypes approved before coding.
2. Production-ready web app, iOS/Android builds, database schema and cloud infrastructure scripts.
3. API integrations fully functional with sandbox and live keys.
4. Admin guide, user guide and 30-day post-launch support.
