We are looking for an experienced SaaS QA Tester to perform end-to-end testing of our creator-focused SaaS platform from both the User Panel and Admin Panel.
The tester should thoroughly test every feature and workflow, including but not limited to:
User registration, login, and authentication
Subscription plans and plan upgrades
Payment gateway and payment flow
Account connection and integrations
Invoice generation and downloads
Watermark functionality
Add-ons purchase flow
Media Kit creation and editing
AI-powered Media Kit generation
Auto DM creation and setup
Auto DM trigger functionality
Verify whether DMs are being sent successfully
AI features and responses
Admin dashboard functionality
User management
Feature permissions based on subscription plans
Notifications, emails, and system workflows
Bug testing, edge cases, and error handling
Overall UI/UX testing across the platform
The goal is to perform A-to-Z testing of the entire platform, identify bugs, verify that every feature works as expected, and provide a detailed bug report with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity levels.
