Project: AI-Powered SaaS Platform for Clinics and Real Estate Agencies

I want to develop a SaaS platform with artificial intelligence that automates customer service and scheduling for clinics and real estate agencies.
The goal is to help these businesses attract and retain clients, reduce no-shows, and make scheduling and follow-ups much easier.

The platform should work through WhatsApp, websites, and social media, with the following main features:

Conversational AI chatbot in Portuguese (voice and text);

Automatic scheduling integrated with Google Calendar and clinic/real estate systems;

Automatic reminders and confirmations;

Post-appointment follow-up (feedback, return reminders, reactivation of inactive clients);

Web dashboard for clients to monitor interactions and metrics;

Integration with APIs (WhatsApp, Twilio, CRMs, Stripe/Pagar.me for payments).

The business model will be SaaS (monthly subscription), with tiered plans and individual dashboards for each client.
I want a scalable structure, with backend in Node.js or Python, frontend in React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL as the database.
