Developing one page plagiarism checker (online tool)

I want to develop a simple plagiarism checker like: plagiarismdetector.net & prepostseo.com/plagiarism-checker
With one simple page with checking limits (number of characters limits, number of plagiarism checks...)
The role of the tool is checking texts if they are plagiarized and how much % of plagiarism they have with the sources from where they are plagiarized.
The user paste his text, click the check button, then a result appears with % of plagiarized text and the source where it's plagiarized.
Give me your suggestions for these 3 conditions:
