Developer for a SaaS application (prototype/MVP)

Introduction:
We are a technology start-up company looking to have a prototype/MVP created for our SaaS application. The application will be a B2B marketplace. It will allow buyers to post jobs, and suppliers to bid on jobs – and of course both buyers and suppliers can search for one another. Buyers and suppliers will be able to communicate with each other and track the progress of the bid.
What we are looking for:
As mentioned, we are looking to create just a prototype and expect it to be a simple task for any good developer. We are looking for a full stack developer to create the prototype/MVP for us.
In terms of skill set we are looking for; they are as follows:
- full stack developer
- knowledge of databases
- knowledge of developing UI/UX
- good security principles
- Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) to host the application
