Customizable SaaS School ERP
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a cloud-hosted School Management / ERP platform that I can brand and configure to fit our processes. The solution must ship with all the usual modules—student admissions, staff attendance, general administration—but the deal-breakers for us are a rock-solid pupil performance tracking engine and a dependable invoicing & billing workflow.
For performance tracking I’ll require moderate customization: the ability to add a handful of custom fields (per subject, term, and learner), tweak grade-book layouts, and generate downloadable reports that our teachers can act on immediately. I don’t need a ground-up rewrite, just flexible templates that can be adapted without touching core code.
Alongside that, the finance area has to handle invoicing, payment tracking, and automated reminders, preferably with export options for our accounting team. Single sign-on, role-based access, and mobile-friendly dashboards are pluses.
Please include links or screenshots of past work that prove you already run a live, multi-tenant school ERP or have deployed one for clients. A short note on how you will roll out the custom fields, expected timeline, and any out-of-the-box analytics you provide will help me decide quickly.
