I need
1.skiptracing
2. The software to be able to send the lead a document to their address.
3. Voice message needs to be able to be sent to the lead/client
4. Be able to send out emails to the lead/client
5. Be able to send follow up emails to lead/client
6. Cost of lead minus Finders fee
(Drag and drop features)
My mission is to build this software and be able to license it out for a monthly fee each month.

Tom Jones- 123 Main Street, ga 17738 owed $26,000 -30% which is (finders fee)

State
Amount owed
Then finders fee to automatically generate based own -30% of what’s owed to him.
Each state is different so I need a drop down for the finders fee so -1%-35%
Plus I need it to be able to make calls, send texts messages, do follow ups, and complete task all set as alerts
So if a lead calls back I would need to be able to listen to the message and also be able to call them back
