full flow testing with detailed bug report

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have built a web based marketing platform
for Australian small businesses called Blastly.

We need a QA tester to test every user flow
end to end and return a detailed bug report
before we launch publicly.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO TEST:

FLOW 1 — Free Plan Signup:
- Enter a business website URL
- Watch the scraping animation complete
- Confirm it advances automatically
to the audit results page
- Review the audit results page
- Complete the onboarding confirmation
- View the website preview
- Create a free account
- Confirm the free dashboard loads correctly
- Confirm the dashboard is not empty
- Approve the three post cards
- Confirm Guide assistant appears

FLOW 2 — Paid Plan Signup:
- Same as Flow 1 plus:
- Confirm AI assistant upsell page appears
- Test yes and no options on assistant upsell
- Name an assistant and confirm name saves
- Create account before payment
- Complete test payment using test card details
- Confirm activation screen appears
- Confirm redirect to Command Centre
- Confirm website shows as live
- Confirm SMS notification fires

FLOW 3 — Free to Paid Conversion:
- Sign up as a free client
- Trigger upgrade from locked panel
- Confirm upgrade page shows website preview
- Complete payment
- Confirm instant activation
- Confirm Command Centre unlocks

ADDITIONAL CHECKS:

Content approval queue:
- Confirm post cards appear
- Approve a card — confirm it disappears
- Edit a card — confirm it opens inline
- Confirm swipe gestures work on mobile

Guide assistant:
- Ask a question — confirm response
- Type the word cancel — confirm admin
panel flags it
- Confirm Guide appears on every page

Locked features:
- Confirm free plan sees locked features
- Confirm tapping locked feature shows
upgrade prompt
- Confirm paid plan sees everything unlocked

WHAT WE NEED BACK FROM YOU:

A spreadsheet with these columns:
- Flow tested
- Step tested
- Device and browser
- Expected result
- Actual result
- Pass or Fail
- Screenshot or screen recording if fail
- Severity: Critical / Major / Minor

Critical = blocks the user entirely
Major = broken but has a workaround
Minor = cosmetic or small issue

DELIVERABLES:
1. Completed test spreadsheet
2. All screenshots or recordings of failures
3. Summary paragraph of overall findings
4. Recommendation on readiness to launch

TIMELINE: 3 to 5 days from receiving access
