Comprehensive SaaS Web Application QA
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a staging instance of my SaaS platform ready and need a thorough round of manual testing before launch. Your mission is to walk through every key flow—signup (email and Google), dashboard, workspace/project/task management, AI-powered features, notifications, subscription checkout in sandbox, and the admin panel—recording anything that feels off in usability, performance, or display.
Please exercise the product as both an Admin, a Regular user, and a Guest. All testing must cover desktop and mobile views, specifically on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, with hands-on checks from Android phones and iPhones to confirm responsiveness.
This is functional and UX testing, not deep security work, so handle the data gently and avoid destructive actions. I’ll supply full access to the demo environment along with test credentials and payment sandbox keys.
Deliverables:
• A structured report (spreadsheet or shared doc) cataloguing each bug, repro steps, expected vs. actual outcome, severity, and environment details
• Screenshots or brief screen recordings for every issue
• A concise list of UX or workflow improvement suggestions, prioritised high/medium/low
Acceptance criteria: every core area listed above must be exercised, at least one pass on both mobile and desktop, with all identified defects documented clearly. Once the report is complete and any clarifications answered, the job is done.
