Comprehensive SaaS UAT Testing
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m preparing to launch a new SaaS platform and need an experienced system-level QA professional to carry out thorough User Acceptance Testing. My main concern is that the core functionality behaves exactly as intended, so your test effort should concentrate there first followed by assessment of the UX/UI.
You’ll receive structured test sheets that map out the scenarios to execute. As you work through them, pay particular attention to:
• Smooth navigation from page to page
• Accuracy of all form inputs and submissions
• Responsiveness of interactive elements such as buttons and sliders
Testing must cover the Standard user journey as well as the Company-level access I’ll grant you. Please document every defect with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or short clips, and a severity rating so I can prioritise fixes quickly.
Deliverables
• Completed test sheets with pass/fail status
• Defect log (spreadsheet or ticket system export)
• Concise summary report highlighting critical, major and minor issues
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of assigned scenarios executed
• All defects reproducible using the steps you provide
• Summary report delivered in an agreed template within the timeframe we set together
