The project centres on turning my SaaS concept into a fully functioning, production-ready service. I will supply the detailed feature set and user journeys; what I need from you is the complete technical realisation—from choosing an appropriate tech stack through to live deployment.

You are free to propose the stack and architecture you believe will best support fast iteration, strong security, and straightforward scaling. Web is the immediate priority, with scope to expand to mobile or desktop once the core platform proves stable.

To keep us aligned, these are the concrete deliverables:
• A brief, reasoned tech-stack and architecture proposal
• An MVP codebase that reflects the approved design
• Automated tests and CI/CD pipeline scripts
• Cloud deployment (AWS, GCP or comparable) with basic monitoring configured
• Clean developer-level documentation and a concise hand-over guide
