Build a SAAS system for product packaging process in supply chain management using 3D modeling
Budget: €3,000 – €5,000 EUR
We would like to create a SAAS platform for retailers to support product packaging task in supply chain management.
The system will be implemented using 3D modeling techniques, to ensure the correct distribution of items in a box, reducing the free space and respecting the custom business rules (i.e. shoes can be placed over a silk shirt in order it can result damaged).
The input of the system will be:
- during setup phase, the whole catalog with their sizes and volumes and the different box sizes
- during on going phase, the composition of each order
The output of the system will be a 3D representation of the order in a box, the recording of the packaging process (to reduce fraud) and the dispatching of events in the different steps during this process (to enable any kind of Integration with the ERP, WMS or other system)
The warehouse operator will have the support of interactive glasses to visualise the 3D representation of the order in a box, and to record the video which guarantee the completeness of the package.
