: Build a Modular Team Inbox for Django CRM (Python + React)

Project Description:
We’re building a custom CRM using Python (Django), and we need a Team Inbox module
that can plug into our existing system as a standalone Django app.
This inbox will handle emails and other channels, offer deep collaboration features,
tagging, assignment, analytics, and more similar to what apps like Front, Missive, or Zoho
Desk provide.
Once complete, the module should easily integrate into our CRM backend and frontend.
Tech Stack:
• Backend: Python, Django (Django REST Framework)
• Frontend: React.js
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Real-time: Django Channels or Socket.IO + Redis
• Email: IMAP/SMTP support (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
• Optional: S3 for file storage, OpenAI for smart replies or tagging
