Bubble Import Cost SaaS

I need a production-ready micro-SaaS built in Bubble that lets European importers work out their exact landed cost and margin, then export polished PDFs for their records or stakeholders. Phase 1 is fully specced and focuses on the core calculator, subscription handling and a clean, business-grade interface—clarity over fancy animations.

Core features for this first release
• Secure user login and account management
• Stripe integration for recurring subscriptions and pay-per-export credit packs
• Landed cost calculator covering product cost, FX, freight, customs duty, VAT, clearance fees, with instant net / gross outputs and optional selling-price-to-margin projection
• Save, duplicate and revisit calculation scenarios
• PDF export (gated as a paid feature)
• Lightweight admin dashboard for user, plan and credit oversight

Tech stack & plug-ins
Bubble.io for the entire frontend / backend, Stripe.js or native Stripe plug-in for payments, and a reliable Bubble PDF generator. The database must be structured for easy extension—additional tools will plug in later without refactoring.

What I’ll hand over
• All formulas, logic and validation rules
• Wireframed UX flow and page hierarchy
• Final copy and test data / scenarios

What I’m looking for
A Bubble specialist who has launched SaaS products before, is comfortable wiring complex Stripe workflows and can follow a crystal-clear specification without deviation. Clean, maintainable Bubble workflows and states are essential; no “magic” hidden in plugins or custom code unless documented.

Timeline & collaboration
The build should be wrapped in approximately 3–5 weeks. I prefer a fixed-price arrangement with milestone reviews (MVP complete → payment flow live → PDF export polished → final polish & hand-off).
