We’re building a healthtech SaaS platform for UK medical cannabis clinics/pharmacies. We’re preparing for a 3-month pilot with 1–3 clinics and need a seasoned SaaS sales expert to refine our GTM and demo strategy.
Scope:
- 1–2 hour consultation
- Review product + target customers
Advise on:
- pilot positioning/value prop
- ideal demo flow for clinicians/admin
- objections + responses
- pilot terms/pricing structure
- outreach sequencing
Ideal background:
- B2B SaaS sales/GTM
- Health/regulated markets a plus
- Startup-comfortable
Deliverables:

- short written recap with demo script + pilot offer + objections + next steps
