Real Estate CRM Sales Rep
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a commission-based sales representative to promote and close sales for my residential-focused real-estate CRM within our local market. Your earnings will come entirely from the commission you generate on each successful subscription, so a proven track record in selling SaaS or property-tech tools is essential.
What you’ll handle
• Identify and approach local residential brokers, agents, and small developers who need an affordable CRM.
• Deliver concise product demos (Zoom or in-person).
• Drive the deal from first call to signed subscription and initial payment.
• Submit a brief weekly report of leads contacted, demos given, and conversions.
What I’m looking for
• Evidence of past work selling CRMs, prop-tech, or related software to residential players.
• Strong local network and the ability to move quickly without hand-holding.
• Comfort working on a pure-commission structure.
