we want to create 1 billion token and this token must be tradeable. 1. we are sending to the victim same ammount as he/she lost with fraudulent companies as a recovery. 2. victim must have 15-20% worth crypto(bnb or solana) to trade our custom token to any other token which can be send to binance coinbase or something with fiat and spot function to make cash out. so i need to know what will be a cost to create token with price of 0.1 cent and make this token tradeable by way above. 3. victim should be able to sell this token or swap in any other token. calculate everything and tell me full budget of the project.
