Solana Rust DEX Development

I am in need of a robust decentralized exchange (DEX) developed on the Solana network using Rust. This DEX should have several core features:
- Liquidity Pools: the platform should have the capability to pool liquidity from users to facilitate decentralized trading.
- Automated Market Maker (AMM) Functionality: the DEX should employ AMM algorithms to create liquidity and determine asset price.
- Cross-Chain Swaps: it should be able to facilitate the frictionless interchange of assets across different blockchains.
For the UI, I am seeking a simple and intuitive design that would cater to our primary users - cryptocurrency traders. It should be easy to navigate, streamlined, and designed with efficient trading in mind.
The ideal freelancers for this project should have a deep understanding of Solana's programming model, including expertise in Rust. It would be beneficial if they had prior experience in DEX development or blockchain technology. Familiarity with AMM models and cross-chain protocols would also be highly advantageous.
