Solana NFT project

We are looking to hire a developer for our NFT project.
Basically, our project requires a developer that is familiar with the Solana ecosystem and the coding language RUST. My partner and I read your profile and think you would be a good fit for us.
What we need:
FOR SOLANA RUST
-A good looking and functional minting website
-A simple staking platform for our 8888 NFT’s
-Our own tokens to reward those who are staking
-A burning mechanism for the tokens to create baby NFT’s
-Finally a way to easily send our profit shares from our DAO to the holders of the baby nft’s (every 3 months)
