Seeking Expert Rust Developer for High-Performance RTB Exchange Platform

We are seeking a skilled Rust developer proficient in utilizing the Axum/Tokio frameworks within a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in architecting and managing systems handling substantial loads with concurrent requests.
The role entails collaborating on a real-time bidding (RTB) exchange platform, targeting an average response time of 100 ms under a load of 200k requests/second, all hosted on a single server without horizontal scaling.
Key responsibilities include efficient handling of requests, which involve intensive geospatial database operations, demanding significant CPU resources, and managing high I/O logging. A paramount focus on performance optimization while preserving data integrity is essential.
While Rust is the primary language of choice, experience with Go is also valued, provided there is a proven track record of customizing asynchronous operations and delivering on performance targets. Our rigorous testing has shown that existing public frameworks in Go fall short of our required benchmarks.
Our current prototype operates on PHP (open-swoole), achieving throughput of up to 50k requests/second with a response time within our target range. Familiarity with PHP is advantageous for transitioning core logic to Rust.
