Rust-based Solana Transaction Sniper Development

I need a Rust developer to create a Solana sniper/copy trader for me.

Key Requirements:
- The system should primarily listen to "processed" or "not yet confirmed" transactions from Geyser.
- It must be capable of submitting transactions before others, extremely quickly.
- Maximum optimization is required for the front-running mechanism.

Additional Details:
- I have my own RPC node with full access to the code.
- The user interface will be a Command-line Interface (CLI) only.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Rust programming language.
- Deep understanding of Solana blockchain.
- Prior experience in developing transaction snipers or copy traders.
- Ability to build efficient CLI.
