Rust Blockchain Engineer for Solana Platform
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
This project revolves around designing, implementing, and thoroughly testing a Solana smart contract dedicated to security-token transactions. The contract must fully comply with Solana’s SPL token program standards while incorporating the additional controls and regulatory checks typical for security-class assets (e.g., whitelisting, transfer restrictions, and on-chain auditing hooks).
Scope of work
You will architect the contract logic, write production-quality Rust code (Anchor framework is acceptable), and prepare a full deployment pipeline to devnet and mainnet. Clear documentation, unit tests, and a concise README outlining build, deploy, and upgrade steps are essential so my internal team can maintain the contract after hand-off.
Deliverables
• Secure, audited Rust/Anchor smart contract handling security-token transfers
• Automated tests covering normal flow, edge cases, and failure paths
• Deployment scripts and configuration files (CLI or Anchor-deploy)
• Markdown documentation explaining contract functions, authority roles, and upgrade procedure
Acceptance criteria
1. All tests pass on devnet with 100 % branch coverage.
2. Contract enforces whitelisting and transfer-restriction rules without gas-wasting patterns.
3. Code compiles with the current stable Solana toolchain and Anchor release.
4. A dry-run deployment guide lets a junior dev reproduce results end-to-end.
If you have previously delivered compliant security-token contracts or integrations with custodial platforms, please mention it in your message along with any relevant GitHub links.
