NFT Marketplace (Solana)

I require a full stack developer to create a fully featured NFT marketplace on the Solana network very similar to Solanart.io
So users will be able to connect their Phantom wallet and then buy and sell NFTs. Also creators will be able to define their own collections for which they can mint their own NFTs for sale on the site immediately or on a defined collection drop date. The creator site functionality will be provided to applicants after an approval process.
I believe the smart contract components could either be done in Rust or C++ so have put both in the skills section although only one is presumably needed.
