I have a Rust-based game plugins that embeds Chromium Embedded Framework, and its CEF-related code now needs a serious tune-up. I’m looking for someone fluent in both C++ and Rust to dive into the existing modules, diagnose pain points, and deliver a cleaner, faster, and more stable build—ideally as soon as possible.

Key goals
• Performance optimization across the board—loading times, memory usage, and frame rate all need measurable gains.
• Bug fixes that currently throw exceptions or crash the CEF layer.
• Troubleshooting compatibility issues with Windows 11, ensuring the game launches and runs reliably on the latest OS builds.

Scope of work
1. Audit current CEF integration written in C++ and its Rust bindings.
2. Refactor or replace bottleneck code, keeping a careful eye on safety when crossing the FFI boundary.
3. Implement targeted patches that smooth loading sequences, reduce memory spikes, and sustain a stable frame rate.
4. Provide before-and-after benchmarks plus concise technical notes so I can track what changed and why.
5. Build and test on Windows 11, confirming no new regressions.
