Help with app project that was done in Rust originally.

In our app we have two users 1.Craftman ( who works) 2.Tradesman

Tradsman (who offers job)

First both parties agrees for x money

But once craftsman goes to work and he sees work was more and he requests additional money

and Tradsman needs to agree for that price

So things needed is add on in backend and give developer two services

1.Request for addition Price

2.Requested additional money needs to approved and relased by Tradsman

Current Developer has solution but needs to be written in Rust since that is what it was originally.
