Experienced Rust developer with good Actix knowledge

We are looking for a developer for Rust. The backend of a web application should be written in Actix. In addition, a REST API must be made. Good experiences with Rust should exist. The working hours per week are between 20 and 40 hours. Someone is currently working on the project and we are trying to reinforce it.
