Decompiling Solana Transactions from NFT marketplaces

We are looking for a programmer that would periodically help us deserialize and compile Solana blockchain transaction generated by Magic Eden, Solanart and Alpha.art.

We will start with a test task, begin with Magic Eden, Solanart afterwards and alpha art as the last one. The project Budghet is for all 3.
The end product of deserialization would be you building this transactions, executing it directly on the blockchain instead of using their UI for ALL COLLECTIONS on their website.
In the past we figured it out with experimentation and use of solscan for debugging, but we are not Rust native which keeps our hopes up, that there is a more elegant solution to the problem. Ideally the developer would lay out deserialization process and tools he uses to achieve that and than stay onboard for future work that comes.
These are NFT marketplaces built on top of Solana Blockchain, that periodically update how they compile transactions and send them to blockchain, so this would be an ongoing project. It is hard to estimate time commitment as updates of the marketplaces used to be infrequent but have been picking up lately. We are looking for a part time longer timeframe collaboration (1-5m). When changes occur we would need your availability immediately to fix and figure out the update. Realistic expectation I think is around 5-20 hours per week, depending on your level of expertise.
The work should start immediately, we have a very short deadline.
