Cross-Platform Tauri Productivity App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have a small web-based productivity tool running smoothly in the browser; now I want it packaged as a native desktop application with Tauri so it works the same way on Windows, macOS, and Linux. The core tasks are:
• Set up the Tauri project, connect it to my existing front-end code, and configure the Rust side as needed.
• Produce signed installers for each OS—MSI/EXE for Windows, a notarized DMG for macOS, and an AppImage (or similar) for Linux.
• Keep the app footprint lightweight and make sure automatic updates can be enabled through Tauri’s updater.
• Provide a concise build script or CI config (GitHub Actions is fine) so I can reproduce the releases with one command.
• Hand over clear documentation: prerequisites, build steps, and how to add new features later.
