Can you edit a software coded with Rust?

There is an open source program coded with Rust.

This program is the same as teamwiever and anydesk.


It simply works like this:

I send a connection request to the other party by entering the id number of the other party.

If the request is accepted, I can remotely connect to the other party's computer and control it.

There is also a web version now.

I can send a connection request to the other party's id number through a web server.

In other words, I can view and control the other party's desktop through a website.


I want to make a change to this program.

I want to reverse it.

The other party will send me a connection request by entering my id number on a web server.

If I accept, I will be connected to the other party's screen.

Can you edit the software like this?
