Build a Time Tracker Desktop App using Tauri

We need someone to build a time tracker desktop application, almost similar to Teramind time tracker with following functionalities
- Offline Compatible
- Select the Task on which they are Working
- Take period random screenshots of the user and uploading it to server
- Sync the logged time onto the server
- Log in user using GSuite
- Should be running on MacOS, Linux and Windows
- Action button should be there in the taskbar (depending on the OS)
