We are meta-Fi.io a new take on bridging the gap between real World Property and Metaverse yield farming.
The project will allow a Hotel or resort owner to create an NFT Bond of their property assigning revenue rights to the purchaser - commissions and operational costs for a set period.
1) An NFT Marketplace in RUST on Solana. Web 3.0 Sign In.
2) Auto minting from a pdf of property plans in a 3d model format. Non tech user friendly
3) Produces 3d mesh with optional textures from photo upload. Non tech user friendly. Cross Metaverse compatible.
4) Template form to set cost of NFT and write smart contracts according to variables. To be discussed with coder.
5) NFT contract to start upon ‘open’ event signified by Oracle,
6) A Hotel Bookings Channel manager that acts as Oracle and Yield Manager
7) NFT smart contract to expire at the end of the term which runs from OPEN command until term specified.
8) DAO and governance Tokens, Utility Token Pegged to Solana
9) Yield Farm for Solana with automated options for LP Bonds and Autocompounding the real world incomes.
10) Fiat to crypto Automation?
11) Auto Wallet creation for non crypto savvy to sign in to on the site.
12) Charges Per Mint NFT fee to the real Asset owner. and KYC For them.
13) Smart contracts that will over time be able to
i) Escrow funds into an automated insured staking product
ii) Release escrow staked funds upon stage completion input. Must be human verified in all instances.
iii) Call for fiat settlement from holder based upon oracle output.(email invoice.) Can be human in first instance Further payments may be withheld if failure to settle.
iv) Exchange Fiat to Crypto. Can be human in the first instance.
v) Directly transfer crypto to wallet. Can be human in the first instance.
vi) Pay Commissions
