IT Recruiter&Candidate Sourcing Specialist needed

We are an American company Interexy.

We are looking for an experienced IT-Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

- searching for successful employees in the company staff (developers, marketing, sales, business analysts, etc.);

- screening resumes, conducting initial telephone interviews, inviting candidates for interviews;

- using all possible channels to search for candidates (Jobs.tut.by, LinkedIn, SMM ...);

- interaction with candidates and hiring managers at all stages;


We would like to see in you:

- 0,5 years of experience of work as a recruiter in IT sphere;

- the ability to use various sources and search tools;

- English at B1 level+;
