Reuters, LONDON, 3 APRIL - Attacks against civilians during Russia's invasion of Ukraine must be investigated as war crimes, according to Britain's Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, who added that the UK would completely support any such move by the International Criminal Court.

"As Russian troops are forced to flee, we are seeing more proof of horrible crimes by the invading forces in towns like Irpin and Bucha," Truss said in a statement.
