I need a Russian/English translator for a live video conference.

I would like to ask my girlfriend's parents for her hand in marriage. My girlfriend's parents live in Russia. I would need to coordinate a time for a video conference via Facebook. This job would require the translator to translate between Russian/English during a live video feed. I do not want my girlfriend to know, because I want to surprise her. Her parents will have to try to keep it a secret from her until after the proposal.

I will be recording the video feed, so that I can include it as a surprise in my wedding video. This job should not take more than an hour, but if it takes longer, I will pay the extended time.
