delivery in Chisinau Moldova

I would need to have a confirmation document delivered either by the signature of an employee that gives their name and later a signed letter in English (by the freelancer) confirming the delivery and the circumstances. I will prepare the letter. There is an option to make a bonus if the freelancer talks to someone at the business and helps resolve the situation. Letter will be presented to the person getting the job, it is 8 pages in total.
