calling russian companies

Project Description:
We are looking for a fluent Russian speaker to call Russian companies whom we sent them emails already to follow up to give us a reply to the emails. and preferable during the call to reach to the needed person and get the mobile number of direct extension for the land line
Purpose of the calls:
- The purpose of the calls is to follow up with the Russian companies.
Language proficiency:
- Fluent Russian language proficiency is required.
Script:
- The client has a script prepared for the calls.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Fluent Russian language skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to follow a provided script accurately.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred.
