Russian-Speaking Sales Associate in Dubai
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for a female, Russian-speaking Sales Associate to join my team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition and client relationship management within the hotel and apartment industry. This position is full-time, based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition efforts
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Greet and assist Russian-speaking customers in a helpful and professional way
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property as needed.
- Handle sales and promotions for room rentals to maximize occupancy.
- Manage administrative tasks, including tenant check-ins and check-outs.
- Track and follow up on complaints, maintenance issues, and other tenant-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to rentals and tenants.
Sales Focus:
- Targeting the B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sector
Industry:
- Working within the Hotel and Apartments sector
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian, with basic spoken and written English
- Ideally based in Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine or Belarus
- Prior experience in sales, particularly B2C, is highly desirable
- Understanding of the Hotel and apartment industry will be an added advantage
